Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering or listing a business.

Listings & content

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings. We may review, suspend, or remove listings that violate these terms or applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Chatlot for fraud, spam, harassment, infringement, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Payments

Paid plans (Verified, Featured, Enterprise) renew per the chosen interval until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

WhatsApp & third parties

Chatlot links to WhatsApp for chat. WhatsApp is a separate service governed by Meta's terms. Chatlot is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatlot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or transactions with listed businesses.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
